TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service
failure to adhere to the terms of service below will result in a refund and a possible blacklisting of any future commission requests

please understand that you are commissioning me explicitly for my style
do not attempt to ask me to replicate any artists' style.
this is unacceptable

As the client, you reserve the right to:

• Purchase a commission if you are 18 years old or older. I will not work with minors.
• Maintain intellectual rights to your characters and concepts.
• Maintain proprietary rights to a created work if so transferred in your name.
• Request any works in progress on your commission.
• Request any changes be made during the sketching stages of your commission without additional charges.
• Request to remain anonymous on social media or in gallery.
• Request to keep your completed commission off of social media or in gallery.
• Repost your completed commission WITHOUT REMOVAL OF WATERMARKS and with appropriate credit given.

As the artist, I reserve the right to:

• Maintain all intellectual and proprietary rights to all works I create in all forms, including, but not limited to: digital, traditional, and print until transferred to a client or clients..
• Refuse or turn down any commission without explanation.
• Issue a full refund at any time I do not feel comfortable working with a client or commission without explanation.
• Discourage and disallow replication of my artwork of any sort.
• Discourage and disallow unapproved reposting or claiming my artwork as your own.
• Host the completed commission on a public gallery or portfolio.

TURNAROUND

Turnaround is the time it takes for your commission to be completed. Turnaround time may vary depending on the difficulty of your commission as well as personal circumstances. There is a period of six months from your initial payment date for your commission to be completed. It is possible for your commission to take the entire duration of these six months, but it is not always the case. Larger scale commissions can be expedited by paying an additional fee that will be determined during communications.

REVISIONS

Clients are allowed free revisions during the sketching stages of one's commission. You will be allowed 2 revisions at no cost before you are charged an additional fee of 15% of the cost of your commission beginning after the sketching stages (this includes linework). You will be charged this 15% fee for each revision made after your 2 revision limitation. Progress will not be made on your commission until fees have been paid in full.

REFERENCES

Please have your references prepared ahead of time. A slot will not be held for you while you search for a reference. Rendered art (i.e, art with detailed shading and lighting) is not recommended for 2D references. 3D references are permitted, but must have unobstructed, proper lighting and must be of high quality in order to capture details. Pixelated images will not be accepted.Descriptions of appearances are also accepted, but providing illustrations, doodles, and/or photo examples is best. If you do not have any references for your commission, Picrew offers various avatar makers to choose from.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Payments are made and accepted through PayPal (USD) invoices.
Work on your commission will not begin until your invoice has been paid. Please be prepared to pay immediately after receiving your invoice.Refunds will only be issued if your commission is not completed within the allotted turnaround time or if I am uncomfortable working on your commission or with a client. Do not attempt to open a dispute without contacting me about any difficulties or concerns pertaining to your request,The client is responsible for their own financial situation. Please do not ask for a refund due to an inability to manage finances or obligations. You will not receive one.Please plan/and or save before submitting a commission request.
